Went in about twenty minutes before they were supposed to close and was told they were all out of slices and it was too late to order a fresh pie. What's the point of having set hours if they don't mean anything? If I can't get food after 9:30, then you close at 9:30, not 10. Also there's one girl who works there who every time she gives you your slice, she slides it into the bag with her hand, and then doesn't pull her hand out of the bag again, she holds if out for you like that, with her hand in there, and you have to pull it off of her. I have no idea why but it's the most off-putting thing in the entire world

Pizzaiolo is the best of the fast service delivery pizza places. Lots of better wood tired ones down the street. Loses a star for being in the corner of Roncesvalles Ave & Arrogance St.

Pizza is alright but seems like the place could be cleaner. Bathrooms, tables, counter. Just generally seems like there isnt much attention to cleanliness. It's ok in a pinch.

I had recently had Pizzaiolo pizza from a different location and was very impressed so I ordered a pizza online from this location and it was delivered within half an hour. The thin crust pizza was amazing, and I'm glad to see they offer both vegetarian and vegan options! The only down-side is their charging per topping in the make-your-own feature; even the basic toppings like peppers and mushrooms were an extra fee. Regardless, I'll definitely be ordering again to try different kinds because it was so good!

Ordered 2 pizzas and got 2 wet messes. Looked like they'd been carried sideways and the slices were so wet they fell apart. After a ridiculously long back-and-forth trying to get a refund on the phone, they hung up on us. Pizza Nova FTW!

They make gluten free pizza, the doughs are made in house and the sauce is yummy. Tried soprano and it was delicious!

I have NEVER been more disappointed with customer service in my life. Last night, I called to order pizza from the Bloor location and when I told them the address I was ordering to deliver to they immediately told me I was not in their delivery zone. I thanked them and they told me to call this location. After placing my order and being told it would be about a 45 minute wait, understandably at 7:30pm on a Thursday, I received a call ONE HOUR LATER letting me know that I was out of their delivery zone. The girl on the phone said she would transfer my order to another location and I could expect my pizza within the next half hour. I was displeased with this and asked if I would be compensated in any way, as they should have realized I was not in their zone and this was not my mistake. She said no. I then received a call from her 20 minutes later telling me that not only was I not in their delivery zone, but I was not in any delivery zone. I was located at Eglinton West in Toronto. How and why did it take this location almost TWO HOURS to tell me that I would not be getting my order. I am SO unhappy with this service. I frequently order to my own home in Toronto, last night I was with friends and wanted to order my FAVOURITE pizza (not anymore), and have NEVER received such terrible service. Beyond the disappointment of finding out TWO HOURS later that no pizza would be coming, the girl on the phone needs some serious training in customer service. Absolutely dreadful. I work in the service industry and this was absolutely horrendous. Train your staff better and get some control over what's going on when the manager isn't in, whom I asked to speak with and she told me there was no one for me to speak to. Awful experience. Will be sharing this story with others.

Never had a bad pizza here. Quality ingredients and they don't skimp on the toppings. Their crust is the right mix between not too thick and not to thin. Great service.

The Godfather is always the best slice to have! Their dough is absolutely delicious and everything is all natural :). Definitely going to come back as usual.
